Napa Valley Players
Valley Players has been bringing bold, engaging productions to Napa County since 2017. Founded by women committed to elevating underrepresented artists, this award-winning nonprofit has earned the North Bay Bohemian’s Best Theater Troupe honors four years running. With no permanent home, Valley Players performs in community spaces across the valley — churches, historic halls, and community centers — keeping live theater accessible and woven into the fabric of the community it serves.
The company typically presents two to three productions per season. Summer brings the Summer Staged Reading Series, an evening series of brand-new original plays by emerging writers from across the country — an affordable, intimate way to experience theater in the making. Fall brings a fully staged production; in 2026 that’s Night Must Fall by Emlyn Williams, running in October at the Yountville Community Center.
Tickets start at $12 for the Summer Staged Reading Series and $27 for full productions.
